Women of WELCA at St. Paul
St. Paul Lutheran Church's Women of the ELCA is a partner in the total
ministry of our church. Our
organization affirms, supports and challenges women in their daily
ministries at home and around the world. You can learn more about the

Purpose Statement:
As a community of women created in the image of God, called to
discipleship in Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, We
commit ourselves to grow in faith, affirm our gifts, support one
another in our callings, engage in ministry and action, and promote
healing and wholeness in the church, the society, and the world.
St. Paul Circles:
You are invited to join us at one of our monthly meetings. Together we
study the Bible, enjoy Christian fellowship and plan projects and activities
to help our church and its members. Our women's groups are called
"Circles". Choose a date and time to suit your schedule!

Opportunities
for Service:
Can you cut material or sew a straight stitch? The Blanket Making
group meets the last Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. in sewing room. Do you like
to knit? Knit caps, scarves and mittens with us the third Tuesday,
7:00 p.m. in lounge. Is cooking one of your favorite activities?
Help the kitchen committee with funeral luncheons or congregational dinners. Can you cook a meal for a new mother or someone with a special need?
Could you attend a fall weekend retreat
where you talk, laugh and share your growing faith with new friends?
Are you interested in supporting Lutheran World Relief? These are just some of our ways to witness to others. If they sound
